For returnable merchandise, we offer refunds ONLY IF these are returned to us UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, including original packaging and packing slip. Returned items MUST REACH OUR RETURNS PROCESSING CENTER WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM SHIP DATE for you to receive a full refund (LESS shipping and handling charges). HOW TO RETURN RECEIVED GOODS BACK TO US (1) Complete and submit the contact form by clicking the link REQUEST RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NOW . Provide your full name, daytime phone number, e-mail address, address where you received your package, packing slip/original order number, item number, brief description of the item and your reason for returning the merchandise. Otherwise, we will be unable to process your request. (2) Within 5 business days from receiving your request for RMA, we will e-mail you with your RMA number and additional return instructions. (3) The shipping instructions will require that you ship the packaged merchandise to the Returns Processing Center specified on the Return Address Label that went with your original shipment. Use only a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) that can provide you with delivery confirmation. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for untrackable, unconfirmed packages not received by our Returns Processing Center. (4) Please allow up to 14 business days to process your refund or exchange. (5) Despite our returns policy, we prefer, however, that you are satisfied with our products in the first place. We try our best to please but should we come short of your standards, your claim for return will be accomodated! |
