All orders are processed daily during normal business hours (10:00 AM-5:30 PM, except Saturday & Sunday) and shipped within 24-48 hours on all in-stock items. All orders that are placed before 5pm
will be shipped the same business day. You will be contacted promptly via email or by phone
should any item become out of stock at the time the order was received.

Domestic (Within USA) Shipping Methods:

Standard Ground - This method usually takes between 3 to 7 days for delivery in 48 States.

2 Day Shipping - This method usually takes 2 days for delivery in the 48 States.
Per request only - Applicable cost will be added to invoice.
No Saturday deliveries - orders placed on Thursdays will be received on Monday;
Friday orders will be delivered on Tuesdays.

3 Day Shipping - This method usually takes 3 days for delivery in the 48 States.
Per request only - Applicable cost will be added to invoice .
No Saturday deliveries - orders placed on Thursdays will be received on Monday;
Friday orders will be delivered on Tuesdays.

International Shipping- This method typically takes 14-21 business days.
Per arrangement only - Applicable cost will be individually quoted
and added to invoice prior to delivery.

All shipping charges are non-refundable .
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
A $10.00 service fee will be charged for any address correction made
after the package leaves our shipping department.

All shipping rates & handling charges are minimum estimated cost.
We reserve the right to notify you of any additional fees that maybe required
to cover actual shipping, handling and packing costs if applicable.

International Shipping

Shipment outside of the Continental USA or sent internationally
is available only per arrangement and
will be individually quoted prior to order processing.

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country.
Customs Policies vary from country to country and
any charges for customs clearance will be your responsibility.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders are likewise non-refundable
for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, UNLESS we made the error.

We will charge to re-ship any package returned to us because it was
marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable".
