Orders with "special shipping and handling" options get priority processing over Orders with "standard shipping options". We will contact you via e-mail/phone should any item become out of stock at the time the order was received.
For this reason, we request that you please look out for order notifications/updates from us.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR COSMETICS, SKINCARE AND ITEMS
EXPRESSLY SPECIFIED AS NON-RETURNABLE.

Domestic (Within USA) Shipping Methods:
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
The only exception is if we shipped a wrong or defective product
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
We do nor accept address correction after the package leaves our warehouse.
We will charge to re-ship any package returned to us because it was
marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable".

All domestic shipping rates & handling charges are minimum estimated cost.

International Standard - Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service (USPS).
This is a great way to save on shipping, however

- No signature required on delivery
- No tracking available
- Claims for loss or damage CAN NOT be entertained.

International Special Handling - you will receive your order by UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships
and you will be able to track your package quickly and easily.
All international orders may require you to approve additional shipping costs via email before shipment.
International orders require additional validation in order to be processed,
including but not limited to verification of billing/shipping addresses, phone number, and email address.
To ensure the processing and shipment of your order in a timely manner,
please provide the most accurate information.
Shipping costs vary depending on your ship-to location.
International orders typically take 3 - 4 weeks.
