Otherwise stated, you can apply for a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE ORIGINAL ORDERED MERCHANDISE
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). Original or return postage is not refundable. If you have placed your order with a credit card please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
PLEASE make your purchase carefully TO AVOID restocking fees, cost of shipping and wasted time on your part and ours.
Because some of our items ship directly from our manufacturers, returns are handled on a case by case basis, according to the manufacturer's policy. Most items can be exchanged or returned for store credit. We require however that returned merchandise are in new, unused condition with all tags still attached for return to be considered.
WE offer refunds ONLY IF returned merchandise do not fall under the commodity categories defined above and if such return arrives to us UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, including original invoice, packaging and packing slip. Returned goods MUST REACH OUR RETURNS PROCESSING CENTER WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM RETURN SHIP DATE for you to receive a full refund (LESS shipping and handling charges).
REMINDER: We charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned merchandise.

1 - Complete and submit your request to return using the Contact Shopkeeper button on the Top Header/Navigation Bar of every page of this site. Provide your full name, daytime phone number, e-mail address, address where you received your package, packing slip/original order number, item number, brief description of the item and your reason for returning the merchandise on the Comment Field.
2 - We will evaluate requests for return within 5 business days from date of request and e-mail you all the return information.
3 - DO NOT SHIP GOODS TO US WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS SEN T BACK TO US WITHOUT OUR EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION.
4 - Return instructions will require that you ship the packaged merchandise to the Returns Processing Center named and specified on the Return Merchandize Authorization that we will e-mail to you together with the RMA Number.
5 - Use only a trackable courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) that can provide you with delivery confirmation. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for untrackable, unconfirmed packages that are shipped to our Returns Processing Center.
6 - Please allow up to 21 business days from the date returned product is received at our Returns Processing Center to process your refund.
7 - Despite our returns policy, we prefer, however, that you are satisfied with our products in the first place. We try our best to please all our customers but should we come short of your standards, your claim for return will be accomodated!
